ZA Home Loan Calculator is a Proudly South African tool to help with calculations regarding home loans.
This is a hobby project I built that Im slowly releasing new features for.Currently it has 2 calculators:The Affordability Calculator is used to calculate the cost of a home you should be able to afford based off the monthly repayments you are able to make.
You can play with factors like interest rates, service fees, deposits and loan terms to see how those will affect your affordability.The Repayments Calculator is used to calculate how much you will have to pay monthly when purchasing a home at a specific price, like the Affordability calculator you can play with various factors to see how it will affect your monthly repayments.Each of these calculators come with an information modal to help explain some of the common things South Africans when negotiating home loans and planning to buy a home.I plan to add more features to this and Im very open to help encouraging suggestions on how to make this app a better experience.
